Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by FGT Florence-Graham Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

FGT Florence-Graham Tree Service offers professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry safety standards.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, unforeseen complications, or additional work requested by the customer. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated to you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We make every effort to arrive at your property during the scheduled time window. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergency situations may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for securing any pets or valuables that may be affected by our work. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we cannot be held responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping features that are not clearly marked or disclosed.

For your safety and the safety of our crew, we ask that you and your family members maintain a safe distance from the work area during service.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree removal or other services on your property. We can assist you with the permit process and provide guidance on local regulations, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the property owner.

Liability and Insurance

FGT Florence-Graham Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance to protect our customers and our crew. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as hidden defects, rot, or natural disasters.

In the unlikely event that our work causes damage to your property, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified, our services include removal of all tree debris and cleanup of the work area. Wood chips, logs, or firewood can be left on your property at your request. We strive to leave your property cleaner than we found it.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will work to make it right. Please note that we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree vitality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FGT Florence-Graham Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
